If you use Algoritec services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Website Use

You may access and use the Algoritec website for legitimate business, informational, and service-related purposes.

You must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with another user's access to it.

4. AI-Powered Services

Algoritec may provide AI-powered services that analyse, process, classify, summarise, structure, or otherwise transform information provided by users.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated information before relying on it.

5. Algoritec ReqGuide

Algoritec ReqGuide is an AI-powered Requirements Analyst designed to help users analyse and structure software and business requirements.

ReqGuide may identify functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, actors, systems, dependencies, constraints, ambiguities, contradictions, duplicates, and missing information.

ReqGuide is intended to support requirements analysis and does not replace professional judgement, business analysis, technical review, legal review, security review, or other appropriate human validation.

ReqGuide does not automatically create Jira or Azure DevOps work items unless a separate service or integration explicitly provides such functionality.

6. User-Provided Content

You may provide information, documents, requirements, text, and other content to Algoritec services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to provide such content and to allow Algoritec to process it for the requested purpose.

7. Documents and Requirements Analysis

When you upload documents or provide requirements to Algoritec ReqGuide, the content is analysed as source material for requirements analysis.

ReqGuide is designed to distinguish explicit requirements from assumptions, observations, and recommendations and to maintain traceability to the original source where technically possible.

Uploaded documents and requirement content may contain instructions, commands, or other text intended for a human reader. Such content is treated as source material and does not override the instructions, scope, or security controls of the service.

8. Accuracy and Verification

AI-generated results are provided to support analysis and decision-making and should be reviewed by qualified users before being relied upon.

Algoritec does not guarantee that AI-generated results will always be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
